Our leadership

Marc Costantini is President and Chief Executive Officer of Corebridge Financial, one of the largest insurance and retirement providers in the United States. Over the course of his career, Marc has engaged teams, developed strategy, delivered for customers, and created value across the insurance and wealth business.

Marc joined Corebridge from Manulife, a leading international financial services provider headquartered in Toronto, Canada. As Manulife’s Global Head of Strategy and Inforce Management, Marc led Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Life and P&C Reinsurance, and all initiatives to improve the profitability and risk profile of Manulife’s inforce business. 

Previously, he served as President & CEO for Corporate Development, Strategy and Digital Solutions for Munich Re’s North America Life & Health business. Prior to that, Marc served as Executive Vice President of Commercial and Government Markets for Guardian, after having initially been appointed as the company’s Chief Financial Officer responsible for all finance, accounting, tax, actuarial, risk, capital and treasury functions.

Marc graduated from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, with a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. Originally from Montreal, Marc has worked and lived in Canada, Germany, and the United States. He is a passionate supporter of children’s causes as well as Alzheimer’s and cancer research.

John is a deeply experienced distribution leader who excels at building strong, productive client relationships. 

As President of Financial Distributors for Corebridge Financial, John leads the sales organization that markets individual retirement solutions and life insurance products across a broad range of wholesale and distribution channels. 

Previously, John served as Senior Vice President, National Sales Manager, Annuity Direct Distribution. He has a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC^®) designation from the College for Financial Planning. John sits on the Boards of Directors for the Coalition for Equity in Wholesaling and Easterseals of Michigan.

Doug Caldwell is an experienced risk executive with a strong track record of collaboration, innovation and developing strong teams to effectively understand and manage risk in a changing world.

As Chief Risk Officer for Corebridge Financial, Doug drives continuous improvement in the company’s enterprise risk management framework to inform and support business strategy. With more than 35 years in risk and finance roles at major insurance companies, he joined Corebridge from MetLife where he served as Executive Vice President, Investment Risk and Stress Testing and U.S. Chief Risk Officer. Previously, he held Chief Risk Officer roles at Transamerica, NN Group and ING Insurance. Doug is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst.

Liz Cropper is a strategic and passionate Global Human Resources executive with extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, organizational design and transformation, recruiting and succession planning.

As Chief Human Resources Officer for Corebridge Financial, Liz is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the company’s people strategy and programs.

Before joining Corebridge, Liz held a variety of positions throughout her 13-year career with AIG including Global Head of Talent and Inclusion and Head of HR for General Insurance and Life and Retirement. She also served as Head of Human Resources for the Asia-Pacific region based in Singapore, HR Head for the UK businesses based in London, and Global HR Strategic Business Partner based in New York. Prior to AIG, she held senior Human Resources positions at Banco Santander in the UK and Sainsbury’s, a major UK retail chain. Liz is a fellow and a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Dave Ditillo is an enterprise technology leader who combines high-tech with high-touch to deliver a seamless customer experience.

As Chief Information Officer of Corebridge Financial, Dave is responsible for technology strategy, transformation and delivery across the company’s expansive portfolio of financial solutions and services, including retirement, life insurance and institutional products.

Dave has served as Chief Information Officer since 2020. Prior to joining AIG, he served in various technology leadership roles at MetLife, where he was Chief Information Officer for its U.S. business, and JPMorgan Chase.

Terri Fiedler builds deep and enduring relationships with our partners to help people build a bridge from today’s financial challenges to tomorrow’s aspirations.

As President of Retirement Services for Corebridge Financial, Terri focuses on helping Americans achieve a secure retirement. Retirement Services is a leading retirement plan provider for K-12 schools, higher education, government, healthcare and other not-for-profit institutions.

At Corebridge, Terri has also served as President of Financial Distributors, leading the sales organization that markets individual retirement solutions and insurance products across a broad range of wholesale and distribution channels.

Prior to joining AIG in 2012, Terri held leadership positions at Invesco and AIM Distributors. She serves as a trustee for the Foundation for Financial Planning and as a Board member and on the Executive Committee for the Insured Retirement Institute. Terri has been honored for her efforts to improve financial resilience for women.

Elias Habayeb brings extensive industry experience and financial expertise to help drive the organization’s business success and financial strength.

As Chief Financial Officer of Corebridge Financial, Elias oversees all finance and actuarial functions for the company.

Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Financial Officer for several AIG divisions, including General Insurance, where he was part of the management team that led the group to its first underwriting profit in more than a decade. Before joining AIG in 2005, Elias was a partner in Deloitte & Touche’s Capital Markets Group.

Yarmon Kennedy is committed to embracing innovation and empowering people to help drive action and better outcomes for the company and the clients and partners it serves.

As Chief Data Officer, Yarmon develops, implements and refines the enterprise data strategy and architecture, including governance, policy, analytics and data insight engineering. He also manages the advanced practices unit that contributes to agile experimentation and innovation across the company.

Yarmon joined AIG in 2006, with roles including Senior Vice President of AIG Retirement Services. He also sits on the Board of Directors of the Harris County Greater Houston Reinvestment Zone.

Polly Klane is a strategic legal advisor with a strong background providing expert guidance to the boards and senior management teams of major publicly traded finance and technology-focused organizations.

As General Counsel of Corebridge Financial, Polly oversees the company’s legal, compliance, regulatory, corporate secretary and government affairs functions.

She joined Corebridge from Citizens Financial Group, where she served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer. Previously, she held senior legal roles at Capital One and Fannie Mae and worked in private practice.

Lisa Longino brings deep experience in dynamically managing investment portfolios across a variety of economic cycles along with an expertise in asset allocation, portfolio risk and external investment manager oversight.

As Chief Investment Officer of Corebridge Financial, Lisa leads the investments team to optimize economic returns across the investment portfolio while meeting the company’s financial commitments and prudently managing risk.

She joined Corebridge from Prudential Financial, where she served as Head of Global Investment Strategy. Previously, Lisa held several senior investment roles over more than 20 years at MetLife. She has held the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation since 1995.

Amber Miller has extensive auditing experience across a wide range of financial products and services at industry-leading companies.

As Chief Auditor, Amber sets the overall internal audit strategy for Corebridge Financial and oversees audit execution using modern, efficient audit techniques.

She joined AIG in 2008, where she served in a variety of internal audit roles covering various products and functions, leading up to being named Chief Auditor in 2018. Prior to joining AIG, she served in audit management roles at JPMorgan Chase for 15 years in the United States and the UK. She is a Certified Internal Auditor.

Jonathan Novak has strong leadership experience across the insurance and financial services industries, including delivering sophisticated solutions that help institutions manage risk.

As President of Institutional Markets, Jonathan oversees a range of institutional services offered by Corebridge Financial, including global pension risk transfer, structured settlements, private placement annuity and life products, company-owned life insurance, bank-owned life insurance, guaranteed investment contracts and stable value wraps. He also has responsibility for the optimization of the in-force business across the Corebridge enterprise and the performance of our global reinsurance portfolio.

Before joining AIG in 2012, Jonathan worked as a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Risk Management business of Goldman Sachs, and as an Associate in the Reinsurance Underwriting division at Berkshire Hathaway. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst professional designation.

Betsy Palmer has spent her career successfully engaging customers, employees, investors and media on behalf of Fortune 100 companies.

As Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Betsy leads marketing, communications, stakeholder management, industry thought leadership, sponsorships and brand positioning across Corebridge Financial – communicating how the company’s solutions help people secure their financial future. Betsy joined Corebridge (formerly AIG) in 2019 from TIAA, where she was Chief Communications Officer.

In addition to roles in financial services, telecommunications and global consulting, Betsy served three U.S. Secretaries of Energy and was special assistant to First Lady Nancy Reagan. She currently serves as chair of the marketing committee for Catholic Charities of Atlanta and a member of the operating committee for the Alliance for Lifetime Income.

Bryan Pinsky is passionate about delivering innovative financial and protection solutions that help consumers safeguard their financial futures.

As President of Individual Retirement and Life Insurance for Corebridge Financial, Bryan focuses on helping Americans accumulate assets for retirement and turning those assets into an income stream that cannot be outlived. Individual Retirement is a leading provider of a broad set of retirement solutions, including fixed, index, registered index-linked and variable annuities that can address a range of savings, investment and income needs.

Bryan also focuses on delivering insurance solutions that help individuals and families prepare for the unexpected and ensure their loved ones are ready for the future. The Corebridge Financial Life Insurance business has a broad portfolio of products and solutions that empowers our distribution partners with the insights and resources to help their clients take action in their financial lives.

Prior to his current role, Bryan led Individual Retirement Products including innovative product and investment creation, product implementation, distribution support, managing the investment platform and board oversight at AIG. He also led the Annuity Product team for Prudential Annuities and earlier worked for Allstate Financial where he held positions with Life Insurance and Annuity Product Development.

Chris Smith is a leader in operational transformation with a proven ability to drive fast-paced but measured change, infusing data, analytics and advanced technologies into operations and decision making.

As Chief Operating Officer, Chris leads Operations, Procurement, Real Estate, Transformation and Customer Experience for Corebridge Financial and drives our modernization program to build new capabilities and create a better experience for our customers, distribution partners and colleagues. He joined Corebridge from Guardian Life, where he most recently served as Head of Group Benefits, and previously served as Head of Global Operations for MetLife. He has extensive experience leading organizations through operational transformation, solving complex problems and increasing operating margins. He has held the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation since 2003.
