Polly Klane

Polly Klane is a strategic legal advisor with a strong background providing expert guidance to the boards and senior management teams of major publicly traded finance and technology-focused organizations.

As General Counsel of Corebridge Financial, Polly oversees the company’s legal, compliance, regulatory, corporate secretary and government affairs functions. She joined Corebridge from Citizens Financial Group, where she served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer. Previously, she held senior legal roles at Capital One and Fannie Mae and worked in private practice. Polly earned a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard University.
