Liz Cropper

Liz Cropper is a strategic and passionate Global Human Resources executive with extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, organizational design and transformation, recruiting and succession planning.

As Chief Human Resources Officer for Corebridge Financial, Liz is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the company’s people strategy and programs.

Before joining Corebridge, Liz held a variety of positions throughout her 13-year career with AIG including Global Head of Talent and Inclusion and Head of HR for General Insurance and Life and Retirement. She also served as Head of Human Resources for the Asia-Pacific region based in Singapore, HR Head for the UK businesses based in London, and Global HR Strategic Business Partner based in New York. Prior to AIG, she held senior Human Resources positions at Banco Santander in the UK and Sainsbury’s, a major UK retail chain. Liz is a fellow and a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
