Jonathan Novak

Jonathan Novak has strong leadership experience across the insurance and financial services industries, including delivering sophisticated solutions that help institutions manage risk.

As President of Institutional Markets, Jonathan oversees a range of institutional services offered by Corebridge Financial, including global pension risk transfer, structured settlements, private placement annuity and life products, company-owned life insurance, bank-owned life insurance, guaranteed investment contracts and stable value wraps. He also has responsibility for the optimization of the in-force business across the Corebridge enterprise and the performance of our global reinsurance portfolio.

Before joining AIG in 2012, Jonathan worked as a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Risk Management business of Goldman Sachs, and as an Associate in the Reinsurance Underwriting division at Berkshire Hathaway. Jonathan earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst professional designation.
