Marc Costantini

Marc Costantini is President and Chief Executive Officer of Corebridge Financial, one of the largest insurance and retirement providers in the United States. Over the course of his career, Marc has engaged teams, developed strategy, delivered for customers, and created value across the insurance and wealth business.

Marc joined Corebridge from Manulife, a leading international financial services provider headquartered in Toronto, Canada. As Manulife’s Global Head of Strategy and Inforce Management, Marc led Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Life and P&C Reinsurance, and all initiatives to improve the profitability and risk profile of Manulife’s inforce business. 

Previously, he served as President & CEO for Corporate Development, Strategy and Digital Solutions for Munich Re’s North America Life & Health business. Prior to that, Marc served as Executive Vice President of Commercial and Government Markets for Guardian, after having initially been appointed as the company’s Chief Financial Officer responsible for all finance, accounting, tax, actuarial, risk, capital and treasury functions.

Marc graduated from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, with a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. Originally from Montreal, Marc has worked and lived in Canada, Germany, and the United States. He is a passionate supporter of children’s causes as well as Alzheimer’s and cancer research.
