During his 25 years in the retirement space, Scott has built a reputation as a passionate change agent and progressive leader who understands the importance of setting vision and expectation for continuous improvement and innovation. A purposeful strategic planner, he has the keen ability to bring together key stakeholders from technology, operations, program management and elsewhere to effectively execute against the company’s vision.
Before joining Corebridge Retirement Services, Scott worked with Nationwide, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Nationwide Retirement Solutions Distribution. In that role, he created a new “go to market” strategy to enhance Nationwide’s retirement brand and presence in the market; championed Nationwide’s diversity, equity and inclusion focus and was a member of their Social Justice Task Force. Prior to his tenure at Nationwide, Scott spent almost a decade at Transamerica in institutional and retail business development roles.
In his free time, you will generally find Scott on a pool deck or the sideline of a soccer field watching his daughters compete. He also enjoys golf, fly fishing and virtually all outdoor activities.
