Scott Ramey

Scott’s deep industry knowledge and keen ability to deliver an exceptional retirement plan experience position him well as he leads our business development professionals to the broad goal of helping Americans create secure financial futures.

During his 25 years in the retirement space, Scott has built a reputation as a passionate change agent and progressive leader who understands the importance of setting vision and expectation for continuous improvement and innovation. A purposeful strategic planner, he has the keen ability to bring together key stakeholders from technology, operations, program management and elsewhere to effectively execute against the company’s vision.

Before joining Corebridge Retirement Services, Scott worked with Nationwide, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Nationwide Retirement Solutions Distribution. In that role, he created a new “go to market” strategy to enhance Nationwide’s retirement brand and presence in the market; championed Nationwide’s diversity, equity and inclusion focus and was a member of their Social Justice Task Force. Prior to his tenure at Nationwide, Scott spent almost a decade at Transamerica in institutional and retail business development roles.

In his free time, you will generally find Scott on a pool deck or the sideline of a soccer field watching his daughters compete. He also enjoys golf, fly fishing and virtually all outdoor activities.

Mimi Hodac

Mimi Hodac has over 20 years of industry experience in the retirement business holding various positions and managing all levels of the client relationship. Prior to joining Corebridge Retirement Services, she was a Senior Relationship Manager at Lincoln Financial Group and Prudential Retirement Services. In addition, she was an Assistant Vice President at Union of California/Select Benefit division. Mimi’s relationship-building skills, strategic focus and planning will elevate the Consultant experience to expand new opportunities among Corebridge and adviser and consulting firms in the West. She will manage and coordinate all aspects of the relationship when working with the adviser and consulting firms. Mimi earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix and currently holds FINRA Series 6 and 63. She is located in Granada Hills, California.

Robert Corlito

Rob is responsible for developing and maintaining Corebridge Retirement Services relationships with Retirement Plan Consultants in the Northeast. Rob has spent his career working in the Retirement Plan Consulting field specializing in customized solutions for plan sponsors of corporate and tax-exempt retirement plans, with a specific focus on creating a prudent fiduciary process. He has over 20 years of experience and is well-recognized in the industry for his investment manager due diligence experience combined with his consulting expertise. In addition, Rob has extensive experience working with non-profit and healthcare organizations in the Northeast. He has earned the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist designation from the College of Financial Planning. Rob was recognized by PLANSPONSOR in 2010 & 2012 as one of the Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisors.

Heather Peters

Providing and advocating for world-class retirement programs for more than 20 years, Heather leverages her depth and breadth of knowledge by working with a diverse array of retirement plan sponsors and participants. Her expertise will help further position Corebridge Retirement Services as a thought leader in the consultant and advisory community. Throughout her career, Heather has served in integral roles to drive measurable success in plan fiduciary governance, investment advisory, relationship management and plan administration. With her holistic and expert-level understanding of retirement planning cultivated over two decades, Heather is a vital resource for consultants. She has her FINRA Series 65 and also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), Chartered Retirement Planning Specialist (CRPS) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) Designations. Committed to elevating issues of financial education and literacy, Heather is an active volunteer and speaker with the Guilford Education Alliance and United Way of Greater Greensboro. She previously worked with Junior Achievement USA and the Women’s Resource Center of Greensboro as a financial wellness presenter and educator.

Vince Pigati

Vince is responsible for cultivating relationships with key consulting firms throughout the Midwest. With over 14 years of industry experience, he has become an expert in customer experience, the not-for-profit market, DC products and investment solutions, plan design optimization and strengthening relationships. Vince also has his series 6 & 63 and earned his ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator and Tax-deferred /Governmental Plan Consultant credentials. He is motivated professionally by earning the trust of his clients and helping them achieve their goals. He knows that what separates a good deal from a great deal is that there are no losers in a great deal. He is excited to work on great deals for Corebridge Retirement Services and our consultant partners.
