A client can transfer among investment options without charges or tax consequences, subject to limitations detailed in the custodial agreement and annuity contract.

NOTE: In Texas, Teachers Retirement System (TRS) plans, we only offer forty-seven funds. TRS does not allow us to sell non-proprietary funds. The only funds available in TRS are the forty-seven VALIC Company I funds.
