Beneficiary Confirmation

The confirmation page will display showing the account number for which the add, change or delete was requested.  There will be a confirmation number which contains the date that the request was completed, i.e. 052220123019733 shows that the request was completed on May 22, 2012. The screen can be printed for your records.
