Allocation Change Confirmation

Once your requested transaction has been completed, you will be directed to the "Allocation Change Confirmation" page where the transaction details will be displayed and you will be provided a confirmation number and the effective date of your request. You will be able to print a copy of the confirmation page by selecting the "Print Friendly" link on the upper right corner of this page. 

Note:  To change your allocation, click the “Allocation Change” link and you will be able to make the new allocation changes.
