Address Information

Insert your cursor in any field that requires change and enter new information. 

If your address is outside of the United States, see the following formatting requirements: 

1. Update

  • Addresses Outside of the United States, Excluding Canadian and Military Addresses.
    Addresses outside of the United States, except those in Canada and the military (see below), are input in the following format: 

    Address Line 1 - Address 
    Address Line 2 - City 
    Address Line 3 - ZIP code 
    City - Country State - ZZ ZIP code - 00000-0000 

    The country of residence MUST go in the "City" field. 
    If the street number needs two lines, put the city on line 3 in front of the ZIP code.  
  • Canadian Addresses. Canadian addresses are input in the following format: 

    Address Line 1 - Address 
    Address Line 2 - Address or Blank 
    Address Line 3 - City, Province or Territory, Postal Code 
    City - Canada State - ZZ ZIP code - 00000-0000 

    Use the standard two-character abbreviations for provinces and territories. 
  • Military Addresses. Military addresses are input in the following format: 

    Line 1 - Address 
    Line 2 - Address 
    Line 3 - ZIP code 
    City - APO or FPO - AP, AE, or AA 
    (or similar military designation) 
    State - ZZ ZIP code - 00000-0000 

    After reviewing and/or updating your phone number and mailing address, click on "Next" to navigate to the Review PersonalInformation Change Request screen.

2. Review

If you are satisfied with your review of the changes, you may click on the "Submit" button. If you wish to make further changes to the information reviewed, you may click on the "Previous" button. If you wish to cancel the change request at this point, you may do so by clicking "Cancel." 

If you clicked "Previous” above to indicate you would like to make further changes, you will navigate back to the “Update” screen of the “Update your address and phone number” page. 

3. Confirmation

If you clicked "Submit" above to indicate that you are satisfied with change(s), you will progress to the Confirmation screen and be presented with a confirmation of your requested change indicating that Corebridge Retirement Services has received your address and phone change request.  Click “Finish” and you will be directed back to the “My profile” page. 

If you have more than one account, information will be changed for all accounts. 

You may navigate out of the Update your address and phone number screen by clicking the “My profile “My summary”, “My profile” or any of the other links that are displayed on the screen.
