Password change

You are encouraged to create a strong password, using a combination of letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers (0-9), and/or special characters.

• Passwords are required to be at least eight characters long and must contain at least one numeric digit (0-9) and one alpha character (a-z or A-Z).
• Special characters are restricted to the @ (commercial at sign), the _ (underscore) and the . (period).  The special character cannot be at the end of the password..NOTE: You cannot change your online password through the automated telephone service.
• Password IS CASE SENSITIVE.
