Asset Allocation Model - Review

• Information regarding the new model will be presented
• By selecting the new model, all existing dollars and new money contributed into the account will be allocated in the percentages as described in the displayed table .  The fund number, fund name, percentages for future contributions and percentages of current money that will go into the new funds will be displayed.
• The effective date of the rebalance and allocation will be indicated.
