Alerts

Alerts are a free service, but charges may apply from your Internet service provider.

Alerts are sent to the email address of record. An email address must be on file to take advantage of the Alerts feature.

From this screen, you can:

  • Add alerts,
  • Update existing alerts, and/or
  • Delete alerts

Portfolio balance alerts – receive an email detailing the assets in your portfolio including:

  • Employer plan assets
  • Personal accounts assets
  • Linked outside assets
  • Total portfolio assets

This alert will be sent based on the frequency and day or date you specify when activating the alert.

Plan balance alerts – receive an email detailing the assets within your employer sponsored plan(s).

Your email alert may include the total balance of your employer sponsored plan(s). This alert will be sent based on the frequency and day or date specified when activating the alert.

Individual account alerts – receive an email detailing the assets of your individual account(s).

This alert will be sent based on the frequency and day or date specified when activating the alert.

Loan alerts – receive an email alert for any or all of the following loan events:

  • Your loan payment is due within seven days.
  • Your loan payment is five days past due.
  • Your loan is in default.

These alerts are sent based upon your loan payment due date and loan event selections.

Systematic withdrawal alerts – receive an email alert for any or all of the following events:

  • Your systematic withdrawal transaction will be processed in seven days.
  • Your systematic withdrawal transaction has been processed.

These alerts are sent based upon your systematic withdrawal processing date and event selections.
