Corebridge Retirement Services has been selected as one of the retirement plan providers for the Ohio Higher Education System. As an employee, you are eligible to participate in the Ohio Alternative Retirement Plan (ARP) as an alternative to the state's defined benefit pension plans.

In addition, you are eligible to contribute to the 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (TDA) and the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP). Contributions to the TDA and DCP plans are in addition to and above your employee contribution to the ARP or the defined benefit plans.
