How to enroll

Enrolling in your retirement plan is easy!

If you would like to enroll in the CarePoint 401(k) Plan, you can enroll one of three ways: online, by phone or with your local financial professional. 

Our financial professionals are available to assist you. Financial advice is offered through VALIC Financial Advisors, Inc. (VFA). When you partner with a  financial professional, you will obtain:

  • A clear picture of your current financial stats
  • Investment strategies to help you reach each of your financial goals
  • Well-defined action steps to take now and in the future

To enroll online or by phone: 

Online: Depending on your location, click on the appropriate link below to access our Simplified Online Enrollment System and follow the prompts. 

By phone: Call 1.888.569.7055 and depending on your location, provide the Enrollment Specialist with the access code below.
