Depending on your plan type, click on the link below to access the Simplified Enrollment System and follow the prompts. 

• Enroll in the 403(b) plan. 
  You will enroll in the 403(b) if you are an employee of AnMed.
  
  
• Only enroll in the 401(k) plan if you are an employee of a Managed Practice.
