How to enroll

As an employee of Anesthesia Associates of Boise, you are automatically enrolled in the 401(k) Salary Savings Plan deferring 4% of your pretax salary. You have the option to increase or decrease your deferral rate by making a different election online.

Enrollments are quarterly for newly eligible employees. Enrollment entry dates are as follows: January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.

To increase or decrease your deferral rate, select your investment options and designate your beneficiary, you will need to access the Online Enrollment System. Your elections will be effective as soon as administratively feasible.
