Defined Benefit Retirement Plan

If you are a participant in the LVHN Defined Benefit pension plan, we have support services for you!

Contact the LVHN Pension Service Center at 888.507.4137 – representatives are available to assist Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST.
- Ask questions about your pension benefit, plan provisions or the retirement process.
- Request an estimate of your pension benefit.
- Report a pension divorce-related court order.
- Commence your pension benefits – it’s recommend to reach out 90 days prior to when you would like your first payment to begin.

Peggy Wolper

Available to assist colleagues and/or colleagues' spouse needing assistance in applying for Medicare and with Social Security questions
- Contact at least three months prior to last working day so she can assist with any questions and will allow time for processing any necessary enrollments
Available to assist with researching alternative options to bridge the gap between end of employment and Medicare age
Available to assist with alternative options for dependent children losing coverage once reaching age 26
