What you'll do:
- Partner with plan sponsors to enroll employees in their employer sponsored retirement plans to help prepare for retirement.
- Engage employees to meet each year to review their progress towards their retirement goals.
- Help employees understand how to increase their savings periodically.
- Deliver on-site and virtual educational workshops.
Your skills and experience:
- Organizational skills, time management skills, work flow management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Team building skills that support ongoing collaboration with peers and the leadership team.
- Series 7, Series 66 and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
What you’ll do:
- Meet with existing and prospective clients to help plan their financial futures.
- Utilize our company-provided technology and tools to improve your operations.
- Use marketing support such as mailings, email blasts and customized flyers to expand your business and reach new customers.
- Collaborate with co-workers and your District Vice President to learn new skills, methods and best practices.
Your skills and experience:
- Ideally, you have 2+ years of experience working as a financial professional.
- A successful sales track record.
- Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 license and Series 63 and 65, or 66 license(s).
- Active state variable life and health licenses.
What you’ll do:
- Enhance existing client relationships through comprehensive plan reviews.
- Identify opportunities within the provided book of business through discovery and client engagement.
- Engage clients with Corebridge Retirement Services’ proprietary financial planning tools and modeling.
- Analyze client data to determine what strategies are most appropriate.
- Develop recommendations and action items consistent with the financial plan and client goals.
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- 5-7 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
- Series 7 and 66 required.
- State Variable, Life and Health Licenses.
- Extensive knowledge of retirement plan types and applicable laws.
- CFP designation strongly desired or ability to obtain CFP within three years.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as an inspirational and motivational leader for your district’s financial professionals.
- Recruit, select and train all new financial professionals.
- Grow the business through new group acquisition.
- Maintain and increase participation levels within current groups.
- Coach and assist ongoing advisor development.
Your skills and experience:
- Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge and mastery of retirement plan types and relevant laws.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role.
- Superior planning and organizational skills.
- Series 7, 24, 66, 51 and Life and Health licenses.
What you’ll do:
- Identify, develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop strategies and tactics to expand market share and grow total deposits within existing client groups, while expanding into new client groups by leveraging regional and corporate resources.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and budgets.
- Motivate and direct activities of District Vice Presidents to optimize their personal performance.
- Ensure the highest levels of compliance throughout the region.
- Ensure best practices of effective recruitment, selection and development of financial professionals.
